I grew up in Ireland in a big, noisy family where food was our love language. Marrying a man who loved to entertain only deepened my passion for food and hosting, as both became central to our family life.

With three big, active boys and a constant stream of friends and their children to feed, I found joy in what could have felt like a chore—turning food shopping and setting the scene into a creative outlet.

This passion extended into growing our own kitchen and cut flower garden from which we could embrace the beauty of seasonal produce and blooms, making the connection between food, family, and nature even more meaningful.
